FolkPlan currently describes connections for Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, and Microsoft Outlook. Third-party availability and account actions remain subject to each provider's own terms and systems.

Calendar data has a defined purpose
To keep an account synchronized, FolkPlan may process selected calendar lists, event details, account information, and provider authorization credentials such as refresh tokens. The privacy policy explains these purposes and how to request deletion.

- Provider access can be revoked in the relevant provider settings
- Deletion requests can be sent to FolkPlan support
