By accessing or using FolkPlan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service provider

FolkPlan is developed and operated by Marvel Tech Group Co., Ltd. References to “FolkPlan,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the FolkPlan service and its operator.

2. Accounts and authorization

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. You may connect supported third-party calendar accounts only when you are authorized to do so.

3. Permitted use

You may use FolkPlan for personal, family, household, or other lawful calendar and planning purposes. You must not misuse the service.

  • Do not access or test non-public systems without authorization.
  • Do not interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or bypass security controls.
  • Do not impersonate another person, infringe others’ rights, or use FolkPlan in violation of law.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the software except where applicable law expressly allows it.

4. Your content and connected calendars

You retain rights in calendar information and other content you provide. You authorize FolkPlan to process that content only as needed to provide the features you choose, such as synchronization, display, reminders, household planning, albums, device connection, and support.

5. Third-party services

FolkPlan may connect to services such as Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, and Microsoft Outlook. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability, content, and actions are outside FolkPlan’s direct control.

6. Service changes and availability

We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. Some updates may be required for continued use. We aim to keep FolkPlan reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Paid features

If FolkPlan offers paid or subscription features, the price, billing cycle, cancellation terms, and any additional conditions shown at purchase will apply to that transaction. No purchase is created by these terms alone.

8. Intellectual property

FolkPlan, its software, design, documentation, and brand materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as provided.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FolkPlan at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address misuse, legal requirements, security risk, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FolkPlan is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as FolkPlan changes. The current version will remain publicly available on folkplan.com. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
