1. Scope and service provider

Marvel Tech Group Co., Ltd. develops and operates FolkPlan. In this policy, “FolkPlan,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the FolkPlan service and its operator.

2. Information we access

When you create an account, connect a supported calendar, add household content, or bind a compatible display, FolkPlan may process the following information as needed for the features you choose:

• Calendar events, including schedules, meetings, reminders, birthdays, and related event details.
• Calendar lists, including primary, shared, work, family, and task calendars.
• Account and household profile information, such as email addresses, names, public profile details, profile images, participant labels, and schedule colors.
• Authorization credentials, including refresh tokens, so selected calendars can stay synchronized without repeated sign-in.
• Household planning content you choose to create, including tasks, points, rewards, reminders, lists, recipes, dietary preferences, and meal plans.
• Photos you choose to add or synchronize for albums and photo-frame features.
• Device connection information, including generated binding codes and the connection status of compatible family displays.

3. How information is used

• Display your selected calendars, events, reminders, and tasks in FolkPlan.
• Combine calendars into daily, weekly, monthly, and always-on display views.
• Provide household profiles, chores, points, rewards, shared lists, recipes, meal plans, albums, and related planning features.
• Organize recipe ingredients and add selected items to a shopping list.
• Associate the correct provider account, family calendar, participants, and compatible displays with your FolkPlan experience.
• Keep selected information synchronized and support security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

4. Google API Services user data

FolkPlan’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing calendar features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

5. Sharing and disclosure

FolkPlan does not sell personal data or use it for behavioral advertising. Information may be processed only as needed to operate user-facing features, maintain security, comply with law, or support a business transaction where legally permitted and appropriate notice or consent is provided.

6. Storage and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention, disconnection, and deletion

Account content and connected-calendar access are retained only while needed to provide the service or meet applicable operational and legal requirements. You may revoke provider access through the relevant calendar provider’s account settings. To request deletion of your FolkPlan account data, contact us at support@marveltechgroup.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain publicly available on folkplan.com with its effective date.
